20 years of the euro — A monumental celebration in Namur

On May 25, 2022, ARTEVENTIA designed and produced the official show celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the euro in Namur, the city chosen by the European Commission to commemorate this symbolic anniversary of the single currency in Belgium.

Conceived as an immersive creation at the heart of the confluence, the scenography combines sound and light in a monumental visual narrative, accompanying the institutional moments of the ceremony—official speeches and public celebration—in a unifying artistic experience.

Deployed against the urban and natural landscape, the show transforms the space into a living stage, where light, narrative, and collective emotion converge to mark a shared historic moment.
